Micromax phone customer care i deposited my Micromax phone to M/S MOHIT ENTERPRISES

my phone's touch screen stopped working.

it is going to be 2 months and my phone is not repaired till not. and i am not getting any response from the service center. on 26th Nov. they said that they have just received the touch screen and today its going to be 1 week and still they are telling me that my phone has not been repaired. they received a touch screen earlier for my phone but their workers placed it on to someone's else phone.
