i lost my mobile on 30-11-2011.but since i had purchased it on dec 6th,2010 i own insurance facility provided by univercell showroom.even after filling a missing complaint with the police,the showroom people still havent given us the proper invoice no. they have issued the bill in some other person's name..which means dat same IMEI no. with two persons which is not at all possible...so i want to book a case of fraud against them...the showroom persons arent showing proper responsibility.
