Respected Sir,

I have been using the number 9866682468 for over 5 years now. I was travelling due to work for 3 months. I had ensured that I had minimum balance and moreover my number had lifetime validity. When I came back yesterday on 30th Nov 2011, I called up the customer care at 121 and I was informed that I have a negative balance of 30 Rs. I was however able to receive several calls and messages on that number yesterday.
Today(1st Dec'2011)) when I tried recharging my phone it failed and when I called the customer care I was informed that my number has gotten disconnected. The customer care did not even help me with any solution on how to get my number back.

I feel cheated that Airtel did not inform me about this yesterday when I called up the customer care. I have given this number for all important work purposes and therefore need that number back somehow.

Its extremely depressing that Airtel did not inform me about this even when I called the customer care yesterday & the whole thing of me not recieving/making calls/messages does not hold true as I had received over 10 calls yesterday alone.

I want my number back. Please help.
