Hi all, I am a Airtel customer with number 9840749299. Before taking the connection I have requested Airtel agent to email me the plans they can offer me. Airtel Agent(Parrys.Xsquare@in.airtel.com) emailed me two plans in a excel. Plan one says 349 and plan two says 199. I have choose the 199 plan and sent a email back to Airtel to activate that plan for me. The agent mistakenly added a wrong (199) plan and started charging some other tariff. After 25 days of usage I have login to Airtel website found the difference in the tariff and opened a ticket with Airtel. I got a reply saying that they are working on fixing it. Each month after receiving the bill I call the Airtel and open the same ticket saying I am being charged on a different tariff. I get a mail reply back saying that they a working on that issue. Now after 3 months Airtel came back to me and saying that’s I not their problem and I have to pay them what ever they charge me.
I have all the email saved to prove the plans sent to me and the plan I requested them to activate. What should i do now?
