I have made a application for MNP for converting my number from Reliance CDMA to SMART GSM. According to the rules Reliance should inform the customer before deactivating the service of the earlier operator and then they will active the new operator. But they have not informed me and deactivated my outgoing as well as balance from 29th evening.
