balance deduction on my idea number dear sir,
i am samiran sen.my mobile no is 9088219871.on 27 nov Rs 50 has been deducted from my balance accounnt.i have called customer care (198) thrice on 27,28,30nov respetively,but they said it was not updated on their system,so they can not answer for that.
this is very helpless answer for me,as balance has been deducted.how far this will continue?
