Dear Sir/madam
,i am using this Reliance number from last 6 to 8 yrs, my mobile number is 8080265178.On 28th of november till 8:00pm my balance is Rs.60 to Rs.72. but next morning i saw that my balance is zero. I speak with costumercare executive but he failed to give me proper justification of my query. He is not taking my complaint also,his name is Mr.kumar from Punjab circle.

There is reduction in my balance. My sms renewal pack is activated directly through my balance and I am not informed regarding this aspect. Yesterday my sms pack expired. There was no message regarding this from loop mobile. And at morning I sent sms to 50505 texting "SMS44". my balance got reduced. And after talking to executive they said that at 12.30am my balance got deducted for renewal. Hence there was double payment i.e deduction from my balance(without informing me) and second time I sent an sms for activation of message. I recharged on 27.3.2012 with INR of 222. Today my balance is 115. Yesterday it was 203 and today it became 115 i.e 88rs deducted. There is no co-ordination among executives and everyone says different story. I am fed of this. Hence I appreciate refund of 44rs. Hope that you don't
