I am trying to change my service provider from Reliance CDMA to Vodaphone GSM. I have sent the SMS to 1900 twice but still I am not getting the UPC code from Reliance. I don't trust their call centers and their executives.
Can anybody tell me going to Cunsumer Court office and logging a complaint with them will help me to resolve this or tell me where can I go to log a complain against these providers.
