Dear Sir,
1) I'm daily charged wrongly by RCOM my No. is 8010548231. I have got recharged a plan of Rs.77/- through which my call rates should go down to @0.20paise on both local & STD. But again and again they are charging it @0.50paise and I have already made so many complaints but then to they say you have been charged correctly. Even a customer care executive admitted that I have been wrongly charged but then to I have not received any amount. Every time they say your complaint will be processed in next 48hrs. and day by day I'm facing same problem and they are not reimbursing me the amount. Dates of problem are 12-11-11,13-11-11,14-11-11,22-11-11,23-11-11,27-11-11 & 28-11-11.
2) And they have also deducted Rs.3 from my balance several times without any reason in the month of sep'11,oct'11,nov'11.
Please help me out I have send lots of mails but the situation is same.
