    Angry Haressment from vodafone Service

    Hi Guys,

    I am , sorry i was (as my number is disconnected from your end) a poor customer of your vodafone service.
    My number is 9990161474.It was activite till yesterday.
    I am a vodofone-fearing person(like God fearing person) who always made his payment on time to avoid late payment fee.
    Till last month, mine relationship with vodafone was good like a newly married couple.

    But the problem arises when i made payment of my last bill of Rs 523 via net banking of ICICI bank on 21 november 2011.
    This was also reflected on Myvodofone site on payment histroy tab.. i also has been removed from there..

    This amount was detected from my bank amount.

    Then on 25 November,i started getting a message or announcement, before making any outgoning call, that some amount is due on me and
    i have to make a payment of the same .
    I even checked my Bank account and i have not received or credited back with the amount Rs523(as sometime happen when transaction fails).
    Thats means payment was made from my end .

    I called up Customer care ...and asked them to look into it .
    They told me that my payment is not updated on the your sysytem and they gave me 48 hr time to solve this problem.
    I even requested them to stop this pre-announcement before outgoing calls. They suggested that i have to do it myself by calling 1111.
    I tried it but nothing happened.It continued.

    On the 28 November, I was expecting a call from your side that my issued has been resolved as 48 hour time limit was over for the request i have made.
    But to my suprise , My outgoing was barred. Till then i havn't received any call from your side.
    I can't make calls to anyone except as always "Happy to help Customer care".
    I called them and told them that with no fault of mine , why i was made to suffer all these.
    Again the same "System issue" and i was given another 48 hour to get this resolved.

    Then My call was transfered to your Retentiondepartment to Customercare executive
    I had interaction with him for over an half an hour. He was more helpful in adding fuel to fire.
    He was in no mood of retening a customer and told me that he can activate my outgoing call for 24 hrs and after that it will again gets barred.
    Then i told him, it's better to discontinue with this number( Which i although not meant), than suffering on daily basis.
    As a result my whole account was permanently disconnected. As per them ...I have to pay this Rs 523 before to continue my account.

    After reading the whole story, please let me know what was the fault of mine...

    I really want to be associated with vodafone service and continue this number but dn't make follow your Customer-care everytime (as the dog follow the boy in
    your ads)

    Please revert to me with suggestion on what i should do next..
