Angry Reliance not sending me the UPC code
Hi,
I am a Reliance GSM Customer for the past 10 months. For the last few months, I have been fed up with its services for lots of reasons. Due to this, recently I have decided to switch over to another service provider using Mobile Number Portability. Whenever I send the SMS "PORT <my_number>" to 1900, I don't get any reply back. For the first two of such occasions, they replied that they were unable to connect to port database. After that, I have tried several times, but they are not sending me the UPC code. My balances are being deducted accordingly. I would like this to be resolved urgently. My mobile number is 8820756439. A quick help is appreciated.
