    Angry Reliance not sending me the UPC code

    Hi,
    I am a Reliance GSM Customer for the past 10 months. For the last few months, I have been fed up with its services for lots of reasons. Due to this, recently I have decided to switch over to another service provider using Mobile Number Portability. Whenever I send the SMS "PORT <my_number>" to 1900, I don't get any reply back. For the first two of such occasions, they replied that they were unable to connect to port database. After that, I have tried several times, but they are not sending me the UPC code. My balances are being deducted accordingly. I would like this to be resolved urgently. My mobile number is 8820756439. A quick help is appreciated.

    My name is Mohd. Ahmad. I have a Reliance CDMA phone LG RD 2710, it’s a without sim phone that there is no sim in it, sim is embedded in it, I am a 5 years old customer of Reliance CDMA, now my set has been dead and I want to port my no.9358898772 which is active in above handset, but I can not make a porting sms to get UPC code. I talk to customer representative of reliance CDMA he has saying that the cost of sim is 25 Rs, if you want to convert it into sim then go at Reliance Web World or at the Universal Communication but the Reliance Web World has been shifted to any other palace after that I talk to customer representative again he told me old address of Reliance Web World and also not giving me UPC code and at the Universal Communication they are charged 150 Rs and in open market also for convert into sim. I am also send an email to customercare@relianceada.com to resolve my problem, there is no response. I am suffering from this problem to November 25 2011 to till. I mention this no. 9358898772 in my resume and this no. is swichted off due to dead handset, I have to much losses because I can’t receive any interview calls. So I am in too much tension. I want to convert my mobile no.9358898772 into sim or want to port it. My currently contact no. is 8791529775 and email id is m_ahmad85@yahoo.co.in , mohdahmad85@gmail.com
