This is a complain for my Mobile number7388489082 ...SIM CARD number : 89915 41101 00443 2807 H4
.
I have purchased this number from kanpur ( Uttar Pradesh ) ,
Now the complaing is against the 3G pack rechanrged but not working and the worst Customer care service.
I have get my number rechrged with 3G pack of 198 Rs for 500 MB download from Kanpur whiile , i was in Patna ( Bihar )
But i a day time i relazied that my 3G services are not working and all the internet usage amount is detected from my main balance ,and it got emptied.
Since i have already recived a message from Airtel that 3G recharge was succesfull , i started using my internet , and i am using a SMARTPHONE , which has some application always running and using internet.
I called customer care but the Executive sitiing there had no idea what to do.
i called them twices or thrices , to get this sorted , As i was facing a problem of having zero balance in few hours once i recharge , as application using internet from my main balance and 3G not working ,
then i deciced to talk with supervisor of cutomer care, i called 9935199351 again and i requested the executive to xfer the call to someone from Supervisor area , and i was been transferred to AMIT BANSAL , i have explained him everything and he promised me that if theya re not able to help , he will get all the money refund to me ,
to Add on , my wife was pregnant during this time frame and was been hospitalized , so i ws in family pressure and this Airtel misbehviour as well.
ok , then due to family reasons i was not able to make call to AMIT BANSAL , in next few days , adn in the meanwhicle since i was in roaming and my mainbalance was gertting empty evertime , i didt rechrged my fone , so was PHONELESS , because of AIRTEL idiotic responses.
now , i had a word with AMIT BANSAL again when again i tried him using 9935199351 , and he suggested me to call him once i am back to my home network , i.e Kanpur
means again i was out of touch of my family at that time when my wife was hospitalized and i need to be connected most.
This is Mental Harrasement.
OK , after reaching kanpur when i tried calling 9935199351 , i was been informed to call next day after 11 AM , them only i can talk to AMit Bansal,
i did that , i called them again with NO HOPE left , but struggluing to fight for my Human Rights.
Next day when i called , i was tranmseferrred to Supervisour Row from executive stating , he directly cannot xfer the call to Amit Bansal , then how was i been transferred to Him in last few call. phatetic
Ok , now this time the call was picked up by some lady , and that lady didt stated her name when she recived the call so i didt get that name.
now ehn i told her the full story and i asked her to xfer this call to Amit Bansal please , she refused to and SHE told me that whatever he promised was wrong,ANd the behaviour of her was DAMM RUDE , not acceptable at any cost .
and when i told her that i am not satisfied with ur Answer ...so instaed of clarifying me the thngs she asked me " CAN I HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING ELSE "
i was literally harassed , and put down my fone ...
with no option left and only few days to stay in India , i rechrged my fone with some 100 bucks again ...as i was already in my network ..
but now , i was unable to make outgoing call.
with no patience left to call that pathetic customer care and ask for help , i decided to keep quite .
so during this whole process , hope u understand the Pressure i faced of no connectivty with family at that most precious time , i feeel mentally and monetary harrased.
Please do the needful.
