I dont have words how to write this query, I am fuming with anger.
I purchased a A55 Bling 2 which i bought to gift to my wife on her birthday.
Right after few weeks of usage the battery was very very bad it will not work for more than 3 hours even in standby mode.
I made a complaint and the service centre Deprosys technologies said they will get a replacement battery and will call me, i asked for a job sheet and they said not necessary.
After a month when I called the service centre and also Micromax customer relations they said i need a job sheet.
I again went and got a job sheet from them, now after a month when I call the service centre they say they have not received the battery and when I call the customer relations they say the case was closed because battery was not submitted.
I dont understand is this a fault of the customer.
Any good organisation would have sent the battery to the service centre and could have collected the battery.
It is your own service centre and I think micromax dont believe those guys. Atleast micromax could have believed the customer.
My guess is that micromax are trying to gain time and tell me that it is more than 6 months now and Micromax will not entertain battery claim. Very clever.
I want to file a Consumer complaint and can someone guide me.
