I have to complain against my Airtel Prepaid number 7896805415 that so many services are activated by the company day by day and charges are charged from my balance. I am facing this situation from 4-5 months. I had already complaint to the customer care so many times they stop the services but the next day I found another services are activated automatically.I have also made complaint to the zonal officer they stop the service but next day I found that the balance again reduces and no any activated services are shown.However I have already said no VAS services should be activated otherwise I will go in Consumer Court but I still face the problem even this is happens today when I made a complain to the zonal officer they backs my 6 rupees but new services is again active. Kindly help.
