I just bought a new mobile phone Nokia 701. As I know, the Nokia 701 Mobile came to market in September and I bought this phone on October 3 purchased Rs 18,000.

My mobile's camera dies on October 25, same month of purchase. I submitted the mobile to the Nokia Care on 2nd November. Nokia Care gave my mobile on November 10 and Nokia Care told me that the motherboard has been changed. Now when I run mobile, the 3.5mm jacks was not working in new motherboard and my mobile's camera was not clear, give fade pic.

I submitted once again my mobile to NOKIA CARE on November 12.Nokia Care told me to come on November 17.

On 17th November, I came to Nokia Care. Nokia Care gave my mobile. Now mobile Jack was OK. But the camera was the same. The camera was still not clear; the camera was so much darkness. same as before.

Now I call Nokia support. He said to me compare your Nokia 701 to another 701.Now I was at Nokia Care. I asked to Nokia care for another 701.Nokia care give me another 701.Now I compare both same camera phones. Compared to the same phones, my 701 was taken dark image and my 701 taken pics in KB and other 701 taken pics in MB. My picture quality is very bad.

I asked for REPLACEMENT from Nokia Care. But Nokia Care refuses me; Nokia Care told me 'please you talk to Nokia support. Nokia support can do something now' or Nokia care do hands up.

I called Nokia support. Nokia gave me a complaint number (1-11975208414). Nokia support promise to me gave REPLACEMENT.

Now again, I submitted my mobile to Nokia care on November 17.Nokia Care told me to come 23 November.

I came to 24.But I still did not get a new phone, it was same.
My phone's camera was still the same after 3rd repair.

Nokia Care did not give me any satisfaction and Nokia care told me Negotiate. Nokia care told me again we have do nothing please you talk to Nokia support.

Now I'm tired again and again, making rounds or wasted my time.I want REPLACEMENT. I not run my mobile 20 days, the camera died.

I think this is a defected piece. Now I think, i WASTED MY HARD WORKING
MONEY(18000).
Where I found 'NOKIA KA BHAROSA'.

Now i want REPLACEMENT Otherwise I going to consumer court.
