I was sold an airtel prepaid number which was later converted to an airtel post paid number and made an add on connection to my present airtel number. All went fine till one day I received a bill of Rs 6,000/- (approx). When I verified the detailed bill calls made were only of Rs 130 and the rest were charges being levied of services which had been pre enabled on the SIM card. After I tried discussing this with the nodal officer and others that I was referred to there was no solution. I kept getting calls for payment by the collection agency. After i refused to pay they sold the number further. Airtel have now started calling contacts who had been called fom that number explaining that the payment was due on this number. This is a clear case of defaming me and causing mental harrasement and torture. I would like you to take action against them. The numbers I am receiving calls from are:- 09815147849 / 09815180760.
