Posts 1 Reliance GSM customer care not resolvinfg problem
I am facing a problem in sending message to a particular no. . I was facing this problem since 15/11/11 So I decided to call customer care and log a complaint . But every I call I get same reply that there are some technical updates going on in there systems . Its 25/11/11 till date neither the problem has been resolved automatically not they have logged my complaint.

Please do the needful to resolve my problem

Hello sir,

I'm facing the same problem every-time i call reliance customer care they respond with only one excuse that some technical updations are going on kindly call after some time.It's being more than 5 times i had contacted customer care.But still my problem exists.Please solve my issue of balance deduction as soon as possible.
