I have purchased Samsung Wave S8500 on 10th Oct 2010 from The Mobile Store, Lajpat Nagar. I have first reached Samsung service center (Pacetel Communications, Lajpat nagar) in the month Jan 2011 with complaint of “No voice through Ear piece”. They have resolved it within 2 weeks by replacing the motherboard of the device. Later by 12th Jul 2011, I have re-visited the same service center with complaint of “Wi-fi and Bluetooth not functioning”. They have assured for resolving the problem by reinstalling the OS. After certain hours, they conveyed that we need to submit it for repair and might by Motherboard need to be replace. I have humbly requested them to get it done at an earliest. On 18th Jul 2011, I came to know from service center that they have replaced new motherboard and my device is ready to work. I have logged a complaint with Ms. Meenu (Supervisor) in Samsung Technical support team on 18th Jul 2011 about either providing me a fresh device or return amount. She has assured me to revert with solution within 1 working day. So on Tuesday I have recalled her but she refuse to come over phone and sent message that she will revert in next 1 hour. By evening I didn’t received any call so I have called her again. While talking to her she assured to revert in next half an hour. And then by 7:00 PM she left for the day. Today morning again I tried to reach her but came to know that she reach office by 11:00 AM. Still I am there as I was on 18th July 2011.

After going through above incidence, spending huge money, having rock solid patience and taking risk with NEW Samsung phone I have done a huge mistake. But still looking further for fair compensation for all this suffered.

Today I am facing same problem which I was facing 1st Time. After Replacing motherboard twice I am getting same problem. Still they are requesting to get it repaired. This is not Fair. Request for justice.
