I have been a prepaid customer to Airtel for more than 4 years.
Airtel has been cheating me with several unintentional debits to my balance.

A recent issue is that I had charged a Rs 98 pack for airtel GPRS service and did get it going for the first 2 days.Airtel gave me a balance of 1028 MB of gprs data usage for the month. Every time after using gprs I used to get a message regarding deduction from the given MB of data. Later after 2 days of usage Airtel started cutting balance for gprs usage from my main account balance. My usage of gprs din`t even cross the 70 mb daily limit and yet they have done this.

I had made a complain with the airtel customer service desk earlier regarding the deduction of my main account balance instead of gprs account.They even gave me a complain identification number through sms. I had even spoken to the floor manager when the problem was not solved at all after several complains to them.
Airtel now has banned my number from customer service. I must have tried calling them for more than a month and every time for more than 20 times.
There have been several deductions which I haven`t brought out over here.
I am fed up of Airtel and I wish to launch a complain against them and what ever it takes I am gonna do it!!!!
