Default reliance deducting unnecesary balance

Hello, I am kanika n my reliance gsm pre-paid no is 7879878901 from Indore. I have been using rel from past 1 year n I am facing a problem from very starting that this company unnecessarily cuts the balance from the user's account.
This time the company has deducted 50rs fem my account n says that I have activated a games service n have accessed the Rworld scheme which I have not.I have been callin to the CC Several times but got no response from them and besides they are not even ready to accept the fact that they are wrong and I have not used any such sites.
This thing has not only happened with me but all the reliance customers are facing this problem of unnecessary deduction of balance n auto-activation of a scheme.
So I plea the consumer court to take serious action against reliance as this is mentally harassing its customers n to refund my 50rs back to me
