Submitted Sony Ericcson phone model Vivaz for repairing on the 1st of November 2011 at My Mobile Shopee, Shop Number 4, Omkar Complex, Aundh DPRoad. The issue was the touch screen stopped working. The phone is under warranty and I was told I'll get the handset in 15 days. On the 22nd of November I get a call from them saying there was an issue with the physical keys as well and I am sure there wasn't any since I had tested it. It has been 24 days since I submitted my handset. My Workorder Number is SE1112910013.
