Reliance Postpaid Connection

I was having reliance postpaid connection, i requested to close the connection on 6th nov. 2011. I cleared all the payments till 6th nov. 2011. They told me that your postpaid connection will be disconnected within 7 working days. On 21st nov 2011 again mail came that pay 355 rs. How is it possible? I dont understand. I have a reliance 3G postpaid connection, i has clear all my due payments and i wanna to close my connection but they are saying that you have to pay an additional amount of 15 day i.e 420 Rs to close your connection. please help me
