8007387423: regarding the balance cutting happening.


I have not activated anything (to be specific caller tune) on my card for last 20 days.
It got activated thrice and balance was cut for 30+15 for caller tune (the balance was cut thrice on first on 8th Nov 2011 and second and third on 12th Nov 2011).
After complaining many times no one is responding. I am going to consumer court now.
