HI Sir,

i am using airtel postpaid connection and activated my GPRS setting on 13 may 2011. on 13 november 2011, i called airtel customer care and enquired for the roaming charges on GPRS. but without my notice airtel deactivated my services.

i called back to customer services and enquired and spoke to manager BALAMUGURAN on the same.here is the call reference number #960423635

he assured me that the service will be restored with in 5 working days and also said that he will call back me on the same.

till today i called twice and customer executives gave a reason "ALL LINES ARE BUSY,NOT ABLE TO CONNECT TO HIM"

today when i spoke krishanand customer executive, he himself not gave my request rather he abruptly disconnected the call.

kindly help me out in this issue and get it resolved.
