unnecessary balance deductions by reliance smart G

Sir,
myself abhinav and this complaint is regarding unnecessary deductions which have been done in this Month on my no 9827187379.I recharged my balance on 1st,8th,15th,21st of November 2011 with a rs 50 recharge voucher everytime and ther had been a deduction of balance of rs 5 to 10 per day in the name of some service being activated since then.
Everytime I call the customer service they tell me the same reason and say we have deactivated the service though u will not be refunded the money which has been deducted.they send a message of confirmation for deactivation of service but the next day a new deduction starts for a new service and this story has been repeated everytime before I recharged this month.kindly help me in resolving the problem and getting the refund.
