I have a reliance GSM prepaid sim 9555656877. Time and again they deduct 20-40 rupees from account balance without any reason in the name of activation of some servive for example: smart jokes or 1 paise sms pack or shayari n blahhh which i have not activated. On calling customer care 198 or *333 they will say it was u who activated and we have nothing to do with it. On insisting they will agree it might have happened by mistake and wil refund money and will assure this will never happen in future and say some prelearned lines and hang up. I will share a case here yesterday i.e. 22/11/11 rupee 26 was deducted from my account. I received a message your 1 paise sms pack is renewed which i have already deactivated twice earlier month and they have assured it won't happen again. This is happening 4th or 5th time to me and when i cald 198 or *333 prerecorded voice will say "please wait while we connect your call to our customer care executive" n then another voice will say "to know about your account balance and validity period ...............................this is absolutely free" and phone gets disconnected and i never reached any executive. I have tried custoomer care several 100 times but i end up with this blahhhhhhhh . Please suggest where to complain so that it doesn't keep happening again & again. Reliance people have become such a headache. Every time i get a rexharge done i have to waste 2-3 hours to fight to get back money which is already mine. Please help
