myself nikhil goyal using an airtel mobile no.7738190591. I had activated the rs 399 blackberry plan on my said no on october 22,2011.
According to plan, i was allowed to surf the unlimited internet for one month.
On 19/11/2011,i connected my mobile to my laptop for surfing net and they deducted around 200 rs from my balance.
I called customer care 100 times but no single call will be connected to them.
Moreover i visited airtel relationship center at vashi,navi mumbai but they raised their hands and said,we are not able to help you.they pointed their finger to hot line available their and said talk to customer care.only they can advise you.
I also tried to connect to airtel blackberry customer care at 7070 but server replied all the times that this facility is not available at your no. While i was using the service since last month.
