Hi,

Earlier my tariff plan was 1ps/sec for local and std. They change tariff plan to 1Re/min local and 1.5Rs/min STD without informing me. I keep calling later i noticed i send mail to airtel they responded that my tariff plan has been changed.

Below is response i got from airtel customer care -
