Dear Sir/Mam,

This is to inform you that I am really facing problem with my Vodafone mobile connection as they are deducting my prepaid balance without any reason. I have activated the Blackberry Internet services for one day in my mobile however still when I am nt using they are deducting my balance according to their own desire. I abide all the terms and conditions which they are providing to all the customers. I would like to tell you that this sort of problem is happening with me again and again i waste plent of my money bear about INR500 just due to this problem as a collage stude i cant afford thi . I would like to know that by providing this type of services and facilities how can a company claim themselves that they are the worlds largest and trust worthy mobile connection.

I would be grateful to you if you could kindly go through the matter once on a priority basis. At a time such as this, may your strength prevail to help me through this difficult time.
