Forceful value-added service Value added service is forced through my throat without my consent or request. Contacted customer care repeated times, requested not to repeat it and also requested them not to add any kind of value added service or offer to my number IDEA CELLULAR 07890647027. But they did not care and repeating the same. Seeking action so that the company does not do the same with any customer.
