Hi,
I am Sunil K Bhatt from Ranchi, Jhakkhand.I am (was if not redressed ) a die hard user of NOKIA handsets.I have used Nokia 1100 ,Nokia 6233 ,Nokia X3 and Nokia E5. No complaints till this happend-
Nokia X3 handset I purchased on 18/06 10 from Nokia priority IMEI 352691046524534. It developed a snag, no battery back up and handset was switching off by its own while charging within 06 months from its purchase.I visited Nokiacare Nirmal Enterprises,Rachi. I was told there that my battery is worn out.
I purchased a new Nokia BL 4CT battery frrom Deepak Agency ,Ranchi on 25/03/11, bill is with me.
But after changing battery my handset condition remained same. I again went to Nirmal Enterprises and told them that my warranty is about to expire kindly repair my handset. They took my handset and returned me after 15 days -no result again. This happened again and again. In mean time my warranty expired.
On 08/08/11 they swapped my handset and told me that my new battery is also faulty and they shall be providing me a new battery. They called me for new battery but I was out of station, when I went they told me you have come late and now nothing can be done. Warranty for my new battery also expired in this process.
Now that handset is uselessly lying with me,due to carelessness of Nirmal Enterprises I could not utilise that handset.I have done all right things by complaining about the problem in time but the unprofessional approach of Nirmal Enterprises has denied all my legal rights.
Please show me the ways now that what I shall do ? All data about my visits with Nirmal Enterprises are online.More over shall I leave all my works and only run behind this issue as it has not been resolved till date ?
I am an engineer in the field of telecommunication and as I have mentioned above-a die hard user of Nokia handsets.I have recommended various persons to use these handsets, shall I rethink that I was wrong ?
Kindly give a solution.
Last but not the least -What you would have done if you should have been at my place ? REPLY!

With regards,

Sunil K Bhatt
