My number is 9628136484 and i'm in Bahraich City of Uttar Pradesh
Vodafone has activated Voice chat service on my number on 22/11/2011 at 8 pm. without my any request to them.
When i called customer care(immediately after receiving sms about the service)there was no proper response from them and they said me that there will be no balance refund because this request of activation was made by you by dialing 123.
i'm ready to submit my cellphone if they want and if they don't want to take pain of checking my call details. i have never dialed 123 in my life from the date i have taken this sim.
Such practices of deducting balance was not expected from vodafone at all.
I never check my balance too, dont know how much such balances they have deducted till now.
Want a solution from them and my money back. Will like to suggest them to improve their customer care executives they are of no use.
