Sub: Mobile Number Portability Compliant- Regarding.

I am G.John Berlamen, a prepaid customer of M/S Reliance network. I want
To change my network from Reliance to Airtel. I applied six times from 29.09.2011 to 18.11.2011 to M/S Reliance communication and my applications (requests) were rejected due to reasons like wrong UPC code and the contract in between me and M/S Reliance.

Now, I inform you that there is no contract in between me and M/S reliance communication. I sent SMS regarding MNP to 1900 and received UPC code. Though the code was sent by M/S Reliance, it was rejected by them stating that the code is invalid.

Networks like Airtel, BSNL, and Air cell, Vodafone, Tata Indicom etc.
Accomplish the request like change of network service from its customers in
Three days whereas your company delays the process of accomplishing my request
More than three months. I am dissatisfied with your service and condemn the
Irregularities in network coverage offer and talk value. You delay shows your
Irresponsibility’s and dishonest behavior. So, change my network M/S Reliance to
Airtel, please.
