Default Deduction oof Balance from my Reliance GSM number

Dear Sir/Madam

I'm a reliance GSM user; my name is Trilok Chand Jain and number is 9015977520. Every time I recharged my number with a bal. of Rs. 10 & taking a SMS Pack of Rs.26/- in which 1 paisa per message is deducted from my main balance of the mobile. But after some hours I see that my Balance is automatically deducted for any services which were not taken by me. I have contacted with Reliance customer care many times always their saying that the server is busy, system is slow, they have no answer they directly disconnecting the phone, as I know that your company having a Hardware Engineer Or System Administrator Who is doing the maintenance of the system .This is not only my problem this problem is facing by most of the people of India. I am using another mobile of Vodafone from last 2 years I am not facing any problem related to Money dedication etc, why your company is always responsible for doing this sort of things if you deduct one rupees from one customer there are lakhs & crores of people in India using smart gsm services what is the amount just think .Please solve my problem & return my money what already have been deducted from my account. As Soon as possible reply me.
