poor services by Redington India Ltd Lajpat Nagar I am very sorry to say that i have faced a very bad experience with Redington India Limited.
the worst services i have ever received from any company.
I had given my BB for repair to Redington (India ) Ltd. Lajpat Nagar on 17.10.2011.
Earlier to this I had given my same BB mobile for repair to Redington on 04.07.2011 for the same problem i.e. Key pad not working, hanging problem and the same was handed over to me by saying that it has been repaired.
But after some days I was facing the same problem. Due to my busy schedule I could not sent my mobile for repair. On 17.10.2011 I had given it to redington and now they people are saying that there is liquidated damages and therefore it does not match with warranty criteria.
This is very unfortunate that redington handed over me unrepaired mobile and second time says that it does not meet warranty criteria due to liquid for the same problem.
now i want my BB repaired because i have never put my BB into water and Redington must not give these kind of stupid reasons for their poor services.

i purchased a blackberry playbook on 30 dec 2011 and after 2 months of use it wasnt turning on. i was told many ways by which it could be repaired but it didnt work. then finally i was told to submit my playbook at service center which is in lajpat nagar by the name of redington india pvt ltd. i was told to pick it up after 15 days. then i tried to enquire about my tablet on their contact no. i.e. 011-32222584 they dont pick up the phone. then today i went to enquire about my tablet, after 20 days, i asked 2-3 of them that what is the reason of the delay, they made different stupid reasons like it has not reached the blackberry center whhich is in bangalore. there were many customers who were angry like me and wanted their device back. about 70-80% customers were not satisfied with the service center and staff.
