Default Complaint against Reliance communication

I am prepaid customer of GSM Reliance. On 15 October 2011 Rs59 were deducted from my mobile account, then I filed a complaint on the customer care on 198 of reliance against this deduction on 16 october 2011 having complaint number 165834764. They told me that your deducted balance will refund to you in 48 hours, but till 19 october 2011 my balance was not refunded, and according to reliance customer care balance is refunded on 16 october 2011 but it was not credit in my account then again I filed a complaint on 19th october 2011 on the customer care on 198 of reliance having complaint number 166065957 and again they told me that your deducted balance will refund to you in 48 hours, but till now I haven't received my deducted balance. Then I called the customer care of reliance and they again filed a new complaint on 21 october 2011 having complaint number 166184821. So its a request to respected consumer court that please help me to get my money back.

On 29 november 2011 Rs20 somthing were deducted from my mobile account, then I filed a complaint on the customer care on 198 of reliance against complane calling but some times this number not cannact to my cell no. 9555832448. this blance dedcut matter not one time for me maximam 20 to 25 times dedcut my balnce last 2 months.i have all record complane to costmar care ext.. voice recording. They told So its a request to respected consumer court that please help me to get my money back.

i was purchased gsm sim from kamla nagar agra on 20/08/2011 that is activated same day paid the amount Rs250/-+50/- activation charges, but the number incoming properly and outgoing is dailed one person perticularly many times try but same problem then i contect to kamla nagar web world agra those are check the same problems perticular person tell me, we are using last two yrs same number then i was mail to complaint and in written that number closed the web world agra but yesterday some one contect me about bill tell me lodge the case angaist actually fruad me from your side i will approch to court.prem babu sharma g-222 trans yamuna colony agra up prem_sharma704@yahoo.com 9319109111
