reliance barred my services

Dear madam/sir,
I am Kapil Shukla, got my reliance sim a month ago , at the beginning of second month i recharged my no.by 599 rs. /- and they (reliance) just barred my no. a day ago of that day i noticed after recharged by that huge amount . What could i do now ,actually i want my money back because i pay it for nothing , can i go to police for that because not only reliance cause loss my money but also cause my mental health down . Can i submit online direct complaint to police ,plz. advise me site for it and is their any possibilities to return my money .
