My number is 9844175098.I am able to send the messages to all numbers except this 53030.I called your customer care .They told me to change the message center number 9844198441.Though i did that still the problem persists. I need a quick response from your team.

I am Swati Suman. I have an idea number 9990134748 that is issued by my X - company SMT Technology India Pvt. Ltd. Few days back i have come to know from your executive that my ID is used for the connection of this number without my information. I have asked your executive that i am not having an idea of ID that is submitted to you as per my concern it was issued from company. SMT Technology India Pvt. Ltd. have also submitted a document in his letter head that its there responsibility to submit the payment of mobile bill. I have also asked your executive that bill was directly given to company from your side. So please give some time so that i will talk with them that why my ID is used without my information and i will also ask them to clear your payment as well. As its was not my responsibility to submit the payment and without any information they have used my ID for connection. But the have started giving abuse language to me. The language was so abuse that i can't able to write in this mail. They called each half and hour and speak lots of abuse to me.

Please go through it and my problem. I know payment is due but i don't deserve the abuse as professional person.
