Tata Docomo Blackberry I have a Tata Docomo prepaid mobile connection - 9036969060 - brought and using in Mangalore, Karnataka.
Last month I activated Blackberry service on it (BB MailLite plan for Rs 299/month). At the end of one month, due to insufficient balance the BB service got unsubscribed by itself. So I went and recharged my phone to a balance of approximately Rs 400 +. Then I sent the subscription message to 121 for the BB services again. In reply I got "Problem saving your SR (service request) since one SR is already open. Contact customer service."
I contacted Customer service (121). I was told they have no idea and that I should contact Tata docomo Blackberry helpline (18004190121). I called this number. They told they will "escalate" this problem of mine instantly and it will get resolved by the evening. This was on 10th of November 2011. Its been 1 week already and nothings happened.
I call both the customer service numbers daily (TD + TD BB services) and all I get it the same old "Ma'am, we have resubmitted your complaint as high priority" or "there is a technical error, we cant do anything" or "call tomorrow ma'am and ask for the supervisor" (the supervisor gives me the same by-hearted 'wait more' answers). Daily I'm told to wait till evening to get the confirmation message that my old SR is closed. And daily that message never comes.
MORE THAN A WEEK to solve such a petty issue?
Hopeless service efficiency!
Regretting quitting my previous service provider and shifting to Tata Docomo.

its been 13 days now and still counting...
i have sent an email to the Nodal officer, another email to the appellate officer.
still no positive results
and like a fool im still calling both the tata docomo and the tata docomo blackberry customer care service numbers daily
and i get the same generic replies similar to the one u gave me above
really? is it that difficult?
its all in the computer. the concerned person has to jus press one button im sure to set things right, but why bother?
idiot customer is calling daily? let her call ! she's got no other better work, right?
shoddiest job i have ever seen in my life !

tata docomo bb 399 plan hi
i am using tata docomo post paid no 9041214545 from last 4 month now i bought new blackberry 9220 on 22 june12 and wanted to use bb service monthly rental of 399, my friends told me to use airtel for bb service but i dont want to buy new sim because for that i need one more extra phone so i decided to use bb service on tatadocomo. that was really bad decision taken by me , i call 121 for that customer care executive told me to visit tatadocomo store on 23th june, next morning i visited . the tata store employ's said that ur service will be activated in 24 hour . after one day on 24th june i called 121,18004190121, for my bb service confirmation , the stupid executive said that there is no any request for bb plan so u have to go tata store, next day i again visited tata store same employee said it will take onther 24 hour.... i again wait for 24 hour. after 24 hour till now the bb service isa not activated . now i am frustrated by tata docomo i dont want any service from this stupid people and company, this company is just making fool of people, today 26th june i bought new postpaid airtel sim and i am using 899 plan, its working like charm, i will never suggest any friends for tata docomo ,its cheap company cheap by price and service, airtel is costly but give good service.

Tata Docomo Blackberry activation I holder of a tata docomo number 8097814475 have been trying to get my blackberry service activated since 28/7/12. I have been debited Rs.399 for the blackberry service but my service was not activated. Was told by Tata docomo centre in Borivali (w) to get technical assistance from the fort centre in Mumbai. A request was put in by the technical assistance to activate the BB Service on 1/8/2012. Got a call from tata docomo saying that first before activating the BB service they would de-activate my GPRS service, which any way was not working, and that the BB service would be activated in 2 hrs time. Nothing happens even after having re-started the phone as directed. Calls the 121 customer care service no. which has under the blackberry menu has photon plus, photon hub & ideos phone as their sub-menu. In desperation some how connects to the customer care, who sends me the technical service centre number, who says that they cannot help since the BB service is not activated. Request me to call 121. Now 121 says that you do not have sufficient balance and refuses to see that Rs.399/- has already been debited for the services.
Real poor service from Tata Docomo.
Stay away from Tata Docomo - Blackberry service. Will wait till the validity of Rs.399/- gets over within the month.

Tata Docomo: Blackberry Services: Specifications not clear in Tata Docomo Site and Useless 121 Hi,
I am using Blckberry services on my tata docomo no 8793191103. I generally do online recharge. But I cannot see any clear specification about bb services there. Everytime I have to do hid and trial method to check the services which is suitable to me. Plus the 121 services are useless. I sit for hours to reach the executive and the useless fellow doesn't even know the answers. Please provide the clear details and make this route to Customer Service Executive a little shorter or DON'T EVEN DARE TO CALL ME WHEN I CHANGE MY NETWORK FROM TATA DOCOMO TO SOME OTHER NETWORK.
