    Default Tata Docomo Blackberry

    I have a Tata Docomo prepaid mobile connection - 9036969060 - brought and using in Mangalore, Karnataka.

    Last month I activated Blackberry service on it (BB MailLite plan for Rs 299/month). At the end of one month, due to insufficient balance the BB service got unsubscribed by itself. So I went and recharged my phone to a balance of approximately Rs 400 +. Then I sent the subscription message to 121 for the BB services again. In reply I got "Problem saving your SR (service request) since one SR is already open. Contact customer service."

    I contacted Customer service (121). I was told they have no idea and that I should contact Tata docomo Blackberry helpline (18004190121). I called this number. They told they will "escalate" this problem of mine instantly and it will get resolved by the evening. This was on 10th of November 2011. Its been 1 week already and nothings happened.

    I call both the customer service numbers daily (TD + TD BB services) and all I get it the same old "Ma'am, we have resubmitted your complaint as high priority" or "there is a technical error, we cant do anything" or "call tomorrow ma'am and ask for the supervisor" (the supervisor gives me the same by-hearted 'wait more' answers). Daily I'm told to wait till evening to get the confirmation message that my old SR is closed. And daily that message never comes.

    MORE THAN A WEEK to solve such a petty issue?
    Hopeless service efficiency!
    Regretting quitting my previous service provider and shifting to Tata Docomo.

    its been 13 days now and still counting...
    i have sent an email to the Nodal officer, another email to the appellate officer.
    still no positive results
    and like a fool im still calling both the tata docomo and the tata docomo blackberry customer care service numbers daily
    and i get the same generic replies similar to the one u gave me above
    really? is it that difficult?
    its all in the computer. the concerned person has to jus press one button im sure to set things right, but why bother?
    idiot customer is calling daily? let her call ! she's got no other better work, right?
    shoddiest job i have ever seen in my life !
