Complain about Reliance GSM Prepaid Customer care
Dear Sir/Madam,

My self Mr LITAN DATTA, using reliance GSM prepaid no-8088505253

I am using 69/= INR night calling pack from last more than 5 months. Last I have recharged my no for the same pack
Sept- 24th & Oct-24(th)[Confirmed by the retailer]. But since last 7th November It's getting charged if I call to any reliance no. during night calling period where as my pack validity is still 23th of November. When I gave a complain about this(TAC NO- 165238980), they told me that I have used more than 3 Lac's second. But i have confidence that, i haven't used that much.Next day i visit Reliance outlet & confirmed it. Still they are telling the save thing & with out resolve the issue only they closed the TAC. There are other TAC no. Also- 165300539,165353387,165381012

Finally i request for the cdr report & I got it after 5 working days after giving the request. Please find the attachment for my cdr & few call recording where I spoke to Customer care team regarding this issue. I have spoken more than 30 times. In between they had bared my call to CC also 2 to 3 times. Finally when it's get proved that I haven't crossed my limit,They are giving me false commitment about call back. resolve, refund the amount.

Still the problem has not resolved. So I am requesting you to go ahead with my all the details & recording & help me out to resolve the issue & take action.

There is deduction of money from my no 07814812480 on dated 19/11/11-Rs30
22/11/11-Rs30 without any request and from 3 days there is no any responce from customer care executive while contacing him
pls draw attention or i will take some legal action
or should i change my operator

A very funny thing is going on in reliance gsm service. Whenever I recharge my mobile (9015356113) with a top up amount of 50 or more, they will deduct a minimum amount of 30 or 60. A they don't refund it at all. When I call the customer service, they say that there is system updation taking place and the funniest thing about their system updation is that it seems it goes on forever n who knows it might last for another 100-200 years. if this is the way they treat their customer, then every single individual can forecast reliance share in cellular world, less than .0001%. hope u guys might take up drastic measure and not trouble your valuable customer.
