I boucd to launch a complaint against Sai Sony Center Kamothe,Navi Mumbai Sector 12.I have got the worst ever service buy any of the service provider. I had given my Sony Camera for repair, past 20 days back and with that i had given all the accesories fr e.g,battery charger, usb cable, case cover of camera, memory card etc. with it. I have just recieve my battery charger, nothing else. At the time of getting my camera back from the person said he will deliver all the other things to me directly to home. But from past 20 days he just avoiding me, he is neither receiving my cal nor replying to it. I had visitted his shop 4 times but still every gives some crap resaons and says he will deliver in 1 day. Till now i haven't receive my accesories.

Hope my problem will get solve as early as possible.

I have purchased Sony make home theatre in December 2011 from Jainendra Electronics, Udaipur. Due to some technical problems the system is not functioning properly. I filed complaint on 12th Jan 13 but the response from the company was not satisfied. Physically and personally conversation with No 0294-3290806 (person who receive complaint). Today on 16th the matter has been resolved. So, please given the seriousness of this matter, we would apparently receiving a response from you within four days.
