Billing issue for Idea Cellular Plan

    Default Billing issue for Idea Cellular Plan

    I have received the bill for the number 9011650592 on which i have got Blackberry 599 Plan activated. However, i have been charged 341.860 as GPRS usage instead of 0.00 since BB 599 covers unlimited internet usage.

    When i checked with the call center the agent informed me that APN seen in the system is internet2 instead of what is set on my device blackberry.net I have been using BB service since 4 months and am facing this problem for the first time.

    What is there in your system is out my control. I can see blackberry.net as the APN in my device. Due to wrong information in your system i have been charged which is not acceptable.

    The agent has requested me to write an email to the said address and I should get the revert for amount refund in 24 hours. I would appreciate if you can kindly do the needful by reversing the amount and re-generating a new bill for me. I am not paying the amount till this dispute is settled. Reverts from call center agent is extremely disappointing.
