I have purchased Nokia Mobile Set C6-00 having IMEI No 357901041381375 from Nokia Priorty Dealer M/s MUGAL ENTERPRISES Sopore Kashmir for Rs11900/= on 21/08/2011
vide bill no 3032.
The same set was not working properly from the initial date but when i aproached the said Dealer i was advised that this set needs updation of SOftware and the same can be updated at service centre, but i was not in a position to visit the service centre as the service centre is located at Distt Headquarter and i was supposed to leave the State because of some personal engagements. then i approached Service Centre at RAJPORA PUNJAB and they updated the software of said set. but the said set not worked and the service centre authorities said that the set has some Technical/manefacturing fault and needs replacement of some part which was not available with them. But I was Shocked that this latest set of nokia needs repalcement of some parts at the initial time. Then i approached to the local dealer from which i have purchased the set and requests him for replacement of set as i have no time to go from one sertrvice centre to another but the dealer refused for any help.
I have sufferd a lot of problems by purchasing Nokia Set as within days the set became non functional.
Now it is requested to kindly intervene and get my set replaced at an earliest so that the trust which we have on nokia remains intact.
