i send portin request to idea on 15.9.11. after someday my Aircel Sim didn't work, so i insert idea mnp sim-card in my cellphone but
its also not working. then i contact to idea care they told me that my no. did not portout from aircel. after that i contact to aircel dealer mr. chetan sarma-9875235548 in sheoganj
he told me to resubmit id proof. so i give him my id & photo. but my no. not active. so i call him he told me that my no. is already port out
after that i contact to aircel customer care and Aircel nodel officer they told me that my number 9680003462 has already ported out from Aircel network on 01-Oct-2011. then why !Dea Cellular doesn't activate my no.?
plz! help me to understand that what's prob?

my no. was ported from vodafone to Idea on 25-11-11.i have inserted the new idea sim ...it shows the Idea network...but when i call it says "no service"...why is this...you request for 2 hours of NO SERVICE time...and you take 24 hours to activate the same...then why do you fool the customer...I calld the helpline of MNP 18002700000 they always say system is not updated....and when i went to Idea Store i saw it shows the latest update... is it that you like your customers to roam around you for every small thing....then the CCare executive gives a new excuse your CAP form has not been filled...plz go and train her that CAP form is filled at the time of submitting application for MNP..then also i went to Idea Store again...he said the same...CAP form is filled...wait for another 2-4 hours your no will be activated....I mean why to wait for 2-4 hours...I receive many calls in the morning but i have faced a problem today because i'm hanging between vodafone and idea....Then your executive again says go to nearest retailer and ask him to activate the sim...he'l ask you to follow some steps do it.. your no will be activated...
Now just tell me why dont you mention this last step on the MNP portal if it is required at the end of MNP process...
Please activate my no.as fast as you can...I dont want to mess up for this issue..
