Dear sir,
I am suneel, Using idea network since last 4 years(previously it was spice).(9964428302)
5 months back i have bought another idea prepaid SIM(no. 7353786099) for my home use.
From last months 5rs/day has been deducting from my a/c & without activating any offers.(i observed on 08/10/11)
I contacted customer care, told to deactivate IVR contest. After doing so also, problem not solved.Again contacted them & also visited IDEA outlet malleaswaram Bangalore on 22/10/11. They not even resdy to register any complaint since they didn't have any details for deduction & told me that back team will call you within 24 hours. I didn't get any calls.Again contacted Customer care , repeated all these stories & finally senior supervisor given one query no.(1-19128570615) to avoid my explanation with executives every time i call & he too promised back team will get back to me.
So far i have called them more than 30-40 times but yet given solution & getting same reply that wait for updation of your billing details.
Every time i need to talk with executive & need to explain from beginning.
Last 10 days back my balance reached to 0rs & cannot call anyone & they not even telling what to do.
Not even connecting senior supervisor telling that they are busy.
Pls do the needful & let me know if when problem get solved & i will get back my money /or need to changeover to other networks.
