Number portability message charge on Reliance GSM Hi,
I sent a message for number portability to reliance gsm number.they told message cost for this as one rupee. but when i sent ..they charge 2 rs.
i called to customer care. they hold me on 35 mins. finally they said message sending cost one rupee... and also receiving message cost 1 rupee..
This is second time for me.. can u plz tell me about this receiving message cost?
this is worst customer support i have ever seen before...

where is ur team... every time they hold me min 30 mins... then also i m not getting proper responce...
already i called to cc..but they gave me a complaint number... afterwards no response frm u guys... i dont have that much of patience to recall to cc...it will take min 30 mins....

hi Team,
Still i m not getting any response frm u guys... how long it ll take? this is the problem with u guys...
Really i m requesting to all mobile customers.. dont go to reliance.. u ll get frustration and become a full.. plz...dont go...
network problems also huge.. they ll give 100% wrong info regarding our balance deductions.. i called 3 times...but 3 time they gave different balance deductions...

hi,
i got a call from u guys... but they gave me 100% wrong information.. they told there was no extra deductions from my account...
at the time of taking complaint, u people only told "extra amount deducted and need to refund to ur account", but now they gave wrong info.. i can prove if u give complete account details of that perticular day... i asked for that, but they only have 3 days of data. they are not giving proper response.
i sent 3 times... 3 times 2 rupees per each message... can u call me now... i ll be available...

hi..
they called me.. but they gave same response.. nothing special... i am sure, 2 rupees deducted from my account for number portability msg. but they told only one rupee. how can i prove? i don't have any other option. u guys can check my conversation with customer care while i was giving complaint 3 times.
I hate reliance... iritating...

unable to send MNP message Hi
I am unable to do number portability from Reliance GSM to other networks. After sending SMS to 1900 am getting message as there is no balance in your account. Kindly recharge and try again. I did number of time and the result was same. Kinldy help me
