Docomo is not able to activate ISD in my post-paid number

    Default Docomo is not able to activate ISD in my post-paid number

    I have been using Tata Docomo for long time now. I am using a post-paid number from Chennai .For last 1 week I have been calling every day to activate ISD call in a my number. Every day they are raising new request and with an ETA of 24hrs. The very next day I get a sms from Docomo saying "As per my request ISD calling is activated". The next moment I try checking to see ISD is not activated. I have talked with couple of senior supervisors from Customer Care service of Docomo, they gave the assurance to activate within 5-10 minutes. But it's been more than a week it is not done. Kindly advice me what I shall be doing now.

    Thanks for such a quick response.I would be greatly obliged if my mobile number is activated with ISD facility as soon as possible otherwise I have to look for some alternative option like changing my operator serive.
    Shall I be giving my mobile number and other details as asked by you here of to send to some other specific email ID?
