    Hello Sir/Madam,
    I am using a vodafone Prepaid Sim from last 2.5 yrs. Just before 4/5 months I am getting the disturbing calls like down load this song ...that songs irrespective of timings.Every time when calling to vodafone customer care,only one answer i.e. it will be processed by 2/3 weeks.this is my 4th time I complained.but no result.Today I was frusteted bcoz I was in a heavy traffic and this sweet call was there.

    And another Interesting things I want to revel ,any time tell to a customer care executive to transfer the call to his/her supervisor,they will put it in hold and I wait the longest period for 15 mins,No reply.

    If any one is there who can help me,please help me.
    Any suggestion will be helpful.

    We're sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Please email the following details to vodafonecare.ap@vodafone.com so that we may be able to address the issue at the earliest:

    1. Latest complaint details.
    2. Date and time of call/sms received.
    3. Content of the call/sms.
    4. Number from which SMS/CALL was received.
    5. In case message is from a code, provide the correct code such as TM, TM VOTE, TM-ASHOKA.
    6. DND activation date.
