    Cool false commitment by airtel

    i am using airtel no.09896355838.on 25th august Rs.99 were deducted from my account.nexy day i made a complaint to customer care.they asked me to wait for 48 hours.on 28th i made call,they accept thier request and promise to refund my balance in 4 hours under reference no.0828155659.bt i did not get balance back.after that i called them mutiple times but did not get sufficent reason.please suggest me what steps shouls be taken.

    hello vipinmittal2u,
    this is really unfortunate that you are being harassed by your 'cellular telecommunication network provider' so. i am really feeling sad. consumer court should positively do something for you.
    meanwhile, you may contact your customer care again, and this time inform them that you have taken this issue to this customer court and you are getting their support. then let's see their reaction.
    you may also visit airtel's website, and lodge a written complaint, if you have not done yet.

    Pls. provide us your complete address, so according to which we can provide you the contact details of Airtel Company's Executive for your area, who is dealing with such kinds of complaints.

    Default False commitment by vodafone

    One of the vodafone executived named Mr Shashikant made a false commitment for a new connection.

    He had told me that i won't receive any bill for 6months but on 12th oct i received my bill.

    I called up on his number but he is disconnecting my calls,when i m
    tried to call from other number,he picked up the phone and disconnected by saying that there is no person of name shashikant

    Kindly look forward to this complain.

    I took a new connection on 29th August from :
