this is really unfortunate that you are being harassed by your 'cellular telecommunication network provider' so. i am really feeling sad. consumer court should positively do something for you.
meanwhile, you may contact your customer care again, and this time inform them that you have taken this issue to this customer court and you are getting their support. then let's see their reaction.
you may also visit airtel's website, and lodge a written complaint, if you have not done yet.
