i am an airtel user from a very long time i have several other connection of this company. The problem is that whenever i recharge my phone a message came that u have charged rs.15 for mp3 tone or rs.10 for wallpapers or rs.15 for animation or rs.20 for java games but in reality i dont apply for this as i am already using mobile internet service and whenever i contact customer care the answer is same that you have downloaded this software so sir please do something fast to get out of this proble. My mobile no. is 9198699666 & 9793492212 is this number such phone is connected in which nothing can be done except call and radio and in this condition message is recieved that u have downloaded a game or animation or mp3 tone and much more so sir i request u to take some action against this company as fasr as possible..
